In what sometimes feels like a different life, Scott was a Michelin-trained, award-winning chef with a number of restaurants. He still likes to keep his eye in and his knives sharp, which is where our tasting menu option comes in. We offer guests the chance to sample a restaurant-style, seasonally-changing seven-course menu, which sees Scott cooking each course for you, all served in the comfort of the cottage.
